Feathered friends are often my favorite visitors, especially the beloved doves who preferred to nest on my deck to head start their young family. We happened to make some new friends from this ledge, a stick laden with seeds assisted. A more than acceptable late afternoon munch that turns out to be fun and tasty, with a surge of aliveness. Welcoming the afternoon in a convivial and melodious way–I couldn’t think of a better technique than this I-come-in-peace approach.
