This Set Up

First it was the rings, next the rebounder, then the balance boards and weighted hula hoop. A year ago I was willing to make myself stronger with a few minutes of a daily routine. In a new place, I switched up my morning pattern with simple movements not always equal amounts of time but whenever I could I squeezed in a few more minutes. And if four minutes were all I could manage while I swished around mouthwash or waited for the kettle to boil, I followed through. It’s work, a holy dedication to the functioning of the temple wherever I may have found myself. As a result of my attentiveness and accrued increments of time, I’m more powerful, my mind clearer, my spirit redefined…what’s good for the goose is good for the gander… Bits and pieces today will make a stronger you tomorrow. I’ll never tire of my new habits, improved physique and especially my fresh re-start…cheers to a harmonious new way. Everyday is a choice of how we want to live, eat and play together. Choose with intent, live purposefully and eat to cross over. Bene attraversiamo.
