Wind Scraping

I’ve been scraping a whole lot of wind lately with this gua sha stone. Gua sha literal meaning is scraping sha bruises; to catch the wind, or catch a cold or fever is to scrape wind. I use this tool to scrape bodily and toxic matter through the lymph draining to the organs which eventually is secreted. It is also the technique I lure all my bears away from their screens and into their beds. Happy wind scraping. How are you taking care these days? Originally posted on ig September 11, 2020. This stone broke and shattered in pieces the other day. I thankfully have another one. It’s good to have a backup plan.
