The Best Is Yet to Come

The white blanket has been absent, parting aloofly. It seems to be fine with us, even with this burgeoning duo. They reveled in the wintery scene; they are ready for what’s next. The other night more flurries with frosty obscurity by nightfall, the soggy layer barely exposed for more than a day, another chilling plan. They landed like dipping dots onto the sopping ground and thankfully by sunrise even the clusters of dots vanished as swiftly as they landed. We will have these memories of you winter blanket and I’m okay with that for now.
