We rolled it into our alpha state...a much needed scene. Reaching m theory at last, thank god almighty for these quiet minutes at the sweetest time of day. A time to reel it in and reminisce on how we played our role for the day and how to step up our game the following. It is here in this sweet spot we are most loving, willing to give it more and soak it all in without judgement, patterns flowing through us as light across all resonances. I make a mental note to ease into this heavenly state more often than not.
