It’s a challenge to be human these days. Reasoning isn’t registering. I stopped trying to ignite critical thinking; it expends energy inefficiently even in this Great Golden Age it seems futile. Instead, I’m focused on strengthening and supporting my spiritual capacity. I’m bored of the yin and yang of human nature playing it out and fatigued with the air we breathe cloyed with a global utilitarianism. I refuse to fall prey to this point of view. Believe me when I say to you, I hope we love our children too.
