Crimson and Clover

I could have watched yesterday’s nightfall over and over. Here’s my late night take of a red sky. We fled the park surrounded by trees abundant with foliage to pursue this vision of a glowing crimson sky. This is the best we could capture from the winding verdant hilltops we were rolling on, or we would have missed the late-night spectacle. It was more magnificent in person naturally, but you get the gist. It was an elevated heart rate repose and in those few minutes, I contemplated the overwhelming response to the babbling desperately imploring voices with the added convenience of providing us a “solution” at fast-food drive-ups and radiant heated parking lots with sugary or alcohol incentives and even upwards of hundreds of thousands of Benjamins. Regrettably for them, I only respond to the subtle quiet spirit.
