Regrettably I bade farewell to all things autumn and while I haven’t completely embraced everything wintery, I’ve welcomed these hearts, both red and green ones–this plant is all heart. It’s a start. It’s a daily reminder to embrace my heart, all its wonder and all its wisdom to help guide me merrily and sometimes not so merrily along my way. Learning to be still enough to hear its beats, is a skill we could all embrace and learning to act upon its signals, we will begin to live in grace.
