From Scratch

Twenty two squares back I wrote about my a.m. fondness for a simple yet decadent sunnyside up egg. Another simple fav of mine is an omelet, sorrel adds a touch of acidic sort of astringent…a lemony freshness that’s just the right pick-me-up meal any time of day. Crumble some feta and add an avocado with the right amount of seasoning and you just replenished that temple of yours and it won’t be much longer until you hit autophagy and into an enlighten state. Homemade not only doesn’t have to be complicated but it can make you feel out of this world.
