Shop Small and Be a Local Champion

IMG_4107 There is nothing like a warm welcome when passing the threshold of the door of a friend’s nest or a proprietor’s shop. This week I felt that sincere reception when I visited Jeremy at Red Fox, an unexpected, enviable and dare I say fervent little shop where good clothes and fine crafted jewelry casually are displayed for your enticement.

Red Fox brings freshness, motion and adventure to a not-so-trodden part of PCH. While across from a local hotel business, the majority of the foot traffic gravitates toward the main beach in the center of town. If visiting Laguna Beach, do take a few extra steps southbound and enjoy a pleasant stroll along the Pacific Coast to see the street brimming with local boutiques like Red Fox.

Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country. Founded by American Express in 2010, this day is celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Take advantage of Red Fox’s all weekend long discountsIMG_4124IMG_4128

  1. That shop looks lovely. We have many independently owned shops in our quaint downtown, but it’s surprising how seldom I visit them. I’m not much of a shopper. Your post has inspired me to get out there. Maybe I’ll find some good Christmas gifts. 🙂
