Hearing Your Truth

Veiled beneath stretched and speckled clouds, a rising sun.
Tucked in slender bending coastal covering, a feral cat on guard and grateful to be within terra firma.
Behind my back, prints in moist sand.
In front view, a vast ocean beckoning me in.
In the misty morning air, a jauntiness that smacks you with your truth and entrusting you to speak it no matter how your voice shakes.

    • It’s feral for sure. It sauntered by from the hotel and once he heard me he fled to this patch…i see you little fellow! He may be fed by the staff from the hotel.
